The beauty of intuitive art fashioned from reclaimed materials is not just the aesthetic pleasure offered. Just as important is the story which lies deep within it’s physical structure.
Take for example this simple piece. Comprised of a fence post erected on a homestead ranch in central Texas near the turn of the 20th century. Adorned with rusted railroad iron harvested from long forgotten tracks of a fledgling people, and both nurturing the present aliveness of tender plant just beginning it’s existence.
It warms my heart to bring them together. To listen to the tales of iron and wood, and bask in the hope of new life for living vegetation!
I hope you enjoy their new story as much as I do!
